Basic Maintenance Plan include as follows:

• Resetting up to four dock posts
• Dock resetting
• Replacing ramp hinge bolts
• Dock lumber replacement
• Refastening of floats
• Minor Welding requiring service time of fifteen minutes or less
• Boat lift leveling


Extended Maintenance Plan include as follows:

Resetting up to six dock posts
Dock resetting
Replacing ramp hinge bolts
Dock lumber replacement
Refastening of floats
Minor Welding requiring service time of thirty minutes or less
Leveling or moving the boat lift on the customer's premises
Note - Any material needed for either plan will be above and beyond the cost of the maintenance plan. Maintenance plans are only valid upon inspection by Thomas Docks INC.
